Religious School Registration
Below are links to forms you'll need to fill-out in order to register your child for Religious School for 2009-2010.

You may “submit” electronically (you would need to provide a credit card number using this option) or press print and bring to Sharrye Moore in the Religious School Office. For assistance, please contact Sharrye Moore at 212-249-5002 or email religiousschool to templeisraelnyc period org.
